The Beauty Retreat at Harrisons Hair Team in Sandgate is one year old this week! To mark the occasion, on 1st December, staff and clients celebrated with a sparkling reception at the salon, showing off the now well-established beauty rooms. 

After everyone had a glass of bubbly in hand, the evening was kicked off with a speech from salon owner Sue Harrison, which was followed by the cutting of a stunning birthday cake especially made for the occasion by Touchays Event Caterers of Hythe. 

Guests were treated to product and treatment demonstrations from Harrisons’ therapists and walked away with goodie bags, including a voucher for money off their next visit. Sue Harrison said, “I can’t believe the Beauty Retreat has been here for a whole year – the time has flown by. We have steadily grown the client base over that time to a point where we now have two beauty therapists working in the salon full time, so the hard work has really paid off. I would like to thank our loyal clients that have supported us with this venture, along with the new ones it has attracted. And of course my talented staff, without whom we wouldn’t have got this far.” 

The Harrisons Beauty Retreat in Sandgate offers a wide range of treatments from Celebrity Secrets tanning through to aromatherapy massages, gel manicures, facials and waxing, with late night appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
