She didn’t Listen To me .One of the biggest complaints that people have about bad hairdressers is that they don't listen to their requests,concerns or needs.
Not at all professional and condensing towards another stylist 10 years her senior.
She Rushed Through The Appointment. ..with repeated comments I did not agree with
The Signs of a bad hairdresser include not listening to your requests, rushing the appointment,to try and get rid of you!
And forcing her opinion on you to the point where you feel that you have have done it all completely wrong!!
This is exactly what happened to me at Harrison’s Hair In Smeeth,Ashford,Kent today.
I came in with a major problem that had me in tears,Googled some professional local help and made an appointment at Harrison’s.
If you need the stylist who does hair or colour extensions be prepared for her to cut the whole thing down to scrap and starting from the bigining.Without any compassion for any previous work done from a former hairdresser.In my case a wonderful hairdresser who is now permanently on leave as she is going to become a new mother.
I left distraught paired down to nothing!! I may have well been bald!!
She was the MOST disrespectful and unhelpful hairdresser you could ever have!!! AVOID
Ifyou need help…forget it!! She fell well below the mark,without anyone else from the salon to pick you up.
The hairdresser in question ….you know who you are.

I recently discovered Harrisons and honestly couldn’t be happier. My hair really wasn’t in a great state when I arrived, but Nat completely transformed it. She was so patient, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. I felt truly listened to and never rushed, which made such a difference. She understood exactly what I meant and offered helpful options without any pressure, and no question ever felt like too much.
From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming and friendly. The whole experience felt calm and nurturing, from the consultation to the relaxing hair wash and massage, right through to the final result, which I absolutely love.
The location itself is beautiful and peaceful too, which was exactly what my busy mind needed. Thank you so much, I’m really looking forward to coming back again- Thank you and I look forward to my next visit.

I always look forward to stepping in the door at Harrisons Hair. The moment I walk in i feel welcome and relaxed and I am soon greated with a comfy seat and a well needed drink and snack. David is fabulous and I can never fault his work. He handles my every changing requests, and is a true PRO!
